Well, thankfully still alive and raising cain. Had a real quick trip to the hospital. Had a couple of steints put in and spent four days in cardiac ICU/recovery. Doing rehab now and changing and watching the diet, not overweight at all but the kinds of foods. Wonding why I just had lost energy in the last year.
