I picked up a 91 ford ranger for some parts, and will basically be parting out the rest of it, so if anyone needs anything, let me know.

you have a Tailgate? How about the Grill? What Tranny is in the Ranger?

the tailgate isn't in very good condition, in fact, I don't think it's useful. the grill is an explorer grill, chrome, but the grey inner is wearing off and showing beige primer. It is a 2.3 4 cylinder with the 4-speed tranny

the interior IS in decent condition.... seats are OK.... it does have the buckets...that's why i picked it up... but i'm losing interest. there is a tear in the drivers one though. anything else you'd be interested in?

Both the doors, possibly. Much denting and rusting?

Really? Front right quarter panel, and the doors... how much would you say you'd go for?

make me an offer... you're deployed right now anyway right? this truck is just sitting in a garage, so no hurry. I'll double check the condition before you make a final decision...

Nah, i'm not deployed until September. Stationed in NC. An offer? Not really sure, i know that brand spankin` new doors go for like $300 and change, but it would help if i had a little more info. Do they come with the moldings? Does the locking mechanism actually work, and do the door handles on the interior work?

moldings? you mean the door panel? i *think* the drivers door lock doesn't work....i'll have to doublecheck...everything else does, everything is there...

Hmm... That has to be a typical problem with 91 rangers. Damned driver's side, and usually the passenger side, doors are jacked up with the way they lock and are opened. Like that rode on the inside is always bent, or the plastic pieces to the handle is broken. I'm going to do something about that. Since your's are having the same troubles, maybe, i could just use the passenger side door. I wish i could buy the whole cab off you, if it was totally rust/giant-dent free. lol

i think it's just the outside lock, like the rod isn't connected or something...i've never really looked into it...haha...
