I think this subject has come up before but I think that just about every bolt on a Ranger is metric. If you are dealing with a 5.0 motor, every bolt that goes into the block is still US std thread. Evensteven, I would check for sure that the flanged bolts you need are not infact 12-1.75mm X 45mm long. These are the ones mounting the transmission? You can find them even here at a good hardware store. McMaster-Carr has them as well as Fastenall, about a buck a piece.
