Wiring harness questions

It's been a long time project that has been on hold for years . just now got the 4.0 out of my 97 2wd ranger. Gotta do some serious cleaning and then i have a nice 302,aod and carb going in. Does anyone know what do I need to use with computer,harness, so I still have speedometer,gas gauge ect ?
