I've been looking into big front brake (cobra) options and it sounds like those custom brackets are no longer being built. Anyone know where I can get my hands on a pair?
Should I just consider getting my own fab-Ed up?

I think the project gets kind of involved and not one a lot tackle. What year do you have? Can upgrade from 2000 to the 2003 by swaping spindles and such. Not a big gain that I think is worth it. Better quality in rotors and pads is probably more bang for the bucks.

The brackets are very simple, it's the machining of a stock Ranger rotor into a hub that would be hard for the non machinist.

I don't know why Ford didn't just give the Ranger's hubs from the factory. I always hated a brake job on them pulling apart the front wheel bearings and repacking and all that.

I got mine from Chris Neighbors of Neighbors Industries. Very cool kit that has been sitting on my shelf next to 4 cobra calipers, dream beams and a flip kit just begging to be installed.
