i've been trying to get some of my pics on here for a while, but it keeps saying that the file is too big or the pic is too big. I can't figure out how to make my pics smaller. Anybody got any ideas on how i can get my pics on here.

You can resize or crop the images to meet size requirements. Microsoft Paint (free with all versions of Windows) can resize or crop an image.
