WTB Ranger with V-8

As the title says I am looking. Looked at one last spring and was ready to buy but the kid selling had warrants for his arrest and did not have the title in his name. So we met at the DMV and he got arrested and I lost out on a Ranger with a 5.0 from a Explorer. Needed work but at $2500 I thought it was a deal.

Looking for a Fuel Injected V-8 Ranger. Had one in my sights met the guy at the DMV where he got arrested and found out he could not of transfered title even if he wanted to.

I know of one up near the Ill-Wis border for $5000. It's a '98' with the Explorer 5.0 and the 4R70R trans. I could get his build list if interested, not sure of your location.

I'll have to check with him with some more info. He's like me and still has a two foot pile of white stuff in front of his garage door! Think there are some a lot closer to you.

Not fuel injected. I am on Craigs list everyday.

Dr. Fishtail, if you want a custom one built to your specs, bring me a Ranger and I'll do an EFI swap for you. I love V8 Rangers and the blue and red rangers you see on the home page are the two I built. I'd love to build more. PM me if interested and we can discuss details, cost etc.
