I got lucky at the DMV when they gave me a plate with the number 302 on it. Didn't even ask for that.

Thats cool... I almost bought a bronco II instead of a Ranger, but it was 4wd like every other one in existance is. I'm more into straight lines than mud so I stuck with a Ranger.

Post some pics under the hood...

and to Dave, those wheels definitely could be off of a Ranger. They are the ones that mine came with... there 15x7's.

Yes the wheels are off my 93 ranger. I signed it over to the wife in the divorce settlement. She hasn't picked it up yet so I swapped out the wheels and tires today. The Bronco II had the little P205 "pizza cutter" all season radials that looked like training wheels with the 2" body lift. These look much better.

As for the engine here's a pic but I've cleaned off the paint dust since then:

What radiator is that you have?
Any problems with clearance?
And with what front dress? ie... off of what vehicle.

It just looks like a pretty big radiator, still pickin up parts for my junk.

Thanks Guys,

I Just bought a 22x19 racing radiator (two 1" cores) off ebay that was made for ford products and cut hoses to fit. I was able to take out the 2" block between the water pump and the fan and use one belt for the pump, PS pump, and alternator.

The radiator sits behind the A/C condenser and the cap is exposed. IE no need for an inline filler. I still have a two groove sheave on the crank and room for a belt for the A/C compressor if I get around to it.

Are you running a mechanical fan then?

I've got a serpentine belt. and none of that luxury stuff either. crank,water,and alternator. It's a pretty simple setup.

lucky the X didnt get the bronco. some women fight for that stuff just for spite. Good deal on the wheels. She probably never even noticed.
