more wireing

I was just wondering, the starter trigger wire,this is suspose to go to my solenoid "I" terminal or to the neutral safty switch? if I got something hooked up to the "I" terminal already do I have to have this trigger wire used just trying to figure out why my truck woudn't start after my tune up.

I was also just thinking of the inertia switch wireing, the fuel pump power wire (RED) can I hook it up to the wrong side of the switch (like will it change the flow of fuel or will it always flow the same way)?
