03 Cobra rims are 17x9. 315s on them wear out the center very quickly. I switched to 17x10 on my Cobra so I could run 315s and get decent mileage out of them.

cobra and GT wheels are usually 17x9 while base models are usually 15x5.5 or 16x6

Actually the 03 Cobra was the first Mustang to use 17x9 except for the Cobra R in 95 (not sure what the 2000 Cobra R used). Prior GTs and Cobras never came with anything bigger than 17x8. Not sure what the 05 and up GTs are using though.
