I think that what you have are all 19 lb injectors, all will interchange with the exception of maybe the Explorer only because of the different connector used. I'm not sure when Ford changed to the later style EV-6 vs the earlier EV-1 type (1997?) but Ford has a connector wiring pigtail to allow the use of the later style in the earlier motors/wiring harness. Stranger said that the later ones have finer spray pattern.

Chris,
There is another new injector model out now, it's the EV-14, rated at 52 lbs. Looks different from the other two versions but has the same connector as the EV-6.

im still a little confused. now if the the three sets i have all look the same and they range from mustang to exployer (1993 to 1998) when did they start making ev6 that have the ev1 plug.? because the ones i have off the 1995 thunderbird, and the mustang look like the picture of the exployer ones. this is what i was sold off of ebay that sayes it fits 1986-1993 mustang

I'm not sure when the EV6 with EV1 connectors were brought out. The EV6's claim to fame is a finer spray pattern that atomizes fuel into the air easier/faster.

Dave, I've heard of the EV14s but I can't find any info on them. If you find something you can point me to that talks about what they are about, I'd like to read up on them.
