I'm looking for a V-8 C5 for parts. I need the bell and maybe the valve body. If any one has any info on what they came in originally that would be a help also. I've looked for about six months here in Ohio with no luck. Truth is I'm not sure I'd know one if I saw it. Any help is appriciated

they'll have E2 and E6 casting####.I'm not sure about V8 ones(maybe early mustang GT's) but they were in early Ranger/BII and i have one that came out of a 84 F150/300six thats behind my 460

the C4 bell bolts right up to a C5.But have to use a C4 converter and VB.The trannys ars the same except for the VB,converter and bell.If you have a C5 that was behind a BII/ranger you wanna add some extra clutchs.They only have 3 clutchs in each pack and wont take a V8 for very long
