Mounts and Header issue
So I used the 94 mustang mounts, after lots of cutting on the cross member i got it in. Didn't have to do anything to the fire wall, did have to heat gun the heater box. Its off set to the pass side about inch and a half which I think is right for offset, but the pass header is maybe 1/4 inch from touching, should I not worry about it or shim the motor up some?

Re: Mounts and Header issue
The boy's engine is offset a little but not that much. I would just cut a little of the frame where the header is close. Not butcher it but just enough it will clear the torque of the engine. If you have a 1/4" inch now I would say a 1/2" cut would be plenty and that would not weaken the frame any. Many people have done this with no problems.

Re: Mounts and Header issue
The header is directly over the frame, it sits above it that much. I'd probably have to make a pretty good cut to clear it :S. I think I can run a pipe up to it though its pretty open there, and the heat shield is still in place there.
