i purchased the v8 swap kit from jegs but the passenger side header hits the motor mount. has anyone had this problem or know what other headers will work?
any advice will help. thanks

Most people have great luck with L&L's headers...unless you have GT40p heads. I believe they have different headers depending on whether you are running 2x4 or 4x4, but I may be thinking engine mounts. I know they sell a 4x4 oil pan for 302 swaps.

my Kaufman long tubes barely touched my mounts... both sides... so i took a grinder and cut the 90* corner off ... made it like a 45* or so ... had plenty of clearance then and they fit PERFECT ....if ya need pix... let me know... i got some somewhere....lol

Tri Y headers for 65/66 Mustangs fit perfect if not using AOD-bellhousing gets into way.
