I brought this up in another thread, but figured it would get seen easier here, if you want to throw this into your vocabulary:.
We discovered on one of the other sites that Tri-Y headers do not work with the '94/'95 T5 and belhousing, which is the same/similar to the sn95- 3.8 V6 T5. (the belhousings are stamped differently, but look similar- giant 3.8 and 5.0 cast on top of them)
The loop that holds the clutch cable hits the header on the driver side (easy fix), and the starter is in the way on the driver side. Basically, the clutch fork and starter are both positioned lower, like at 4oclock and 7oclock ish.
I can dig up some pictures, but this is good info to keep in mind when someone discovers they do not fit
Thanks to this site for all the help with my truck, I'm currently revising it for the third time.

There is sure a lot of diff between them. Looks like the 95 would be much easier to bleed the slave cylinder with the fork lower than the 93. The pics are exactly what I'm running (93 style w/ total performance slave and braket) and it has been great.MalcolmV8 wrote:Some pics of a 93 bell housing next to the 94/95 bell housing from when I built my red truck

Very Nice:) The 3 speed I have know only gets me 12-17 miles a gallon, it only has about 20K on it and works fine for now but I really dont like thats its vacuum not electric when it goes or when the right deal come around I'm putting a six speed manual. Very helpful post and Thanks!
