when I turn key to on the fuel pump comes on but just keeps running and the truck won't start. The pump doesn't run a couple seconds the quit like it's suppose it just keeps running. Yes I know there is fuel in the tank.... :D Actually I can switch to both tanks and it does the samething. Any help would be appreciated. As you guys know I am EFI dumb.

When the fuel pump doesn't turn off, this means the EEC is locked up and not executing code. The EEC has to "turn OFF" the fuel pump, not turn it ON. So if the EEC has gone stupid (bad tune, blown processor, no power, etc), the fuel pump will run constantly like that.

If the EEC isn't executing, oh yeah. Without the EEC executing, the injectors won't fire.
