Forum upgrade

I upgraded the forum software this afternoon. So far everything seems fine and working. If you notice any issues or problems report them here and I'll take a look.

Malcolm, got an automated notice of a new message overnight, problem is that it is a post of your's from Feb 10,2009. Got right to the site and the latest post in the test section is from Nov 21, 2010

Sorry about that Dave, that was a valid email. I was testing email responses still worked and picked a thread in the test forum I was subscribed to. I should have looked harder to find one nobody else was subscribed to either.
