Company is going to contract my job out, I get a bonus if I stay and make it a smooth transition (we bonus and severance and time left = full year pay almost). Just blows, I left my previous job for this same reason.

Well that does suck about the job. "They" keep saying things are getting better. When my company relocated and we stayed on to train our replacements, we got a weeks pay plus two weeks vacation pay. The state would also pick up a good share of going to school for retraining (for two years) plus getting unemployment if you kept up your grades. I stuck it out and ended up doing contract design work for them for another six months.
