Teddy,
I had posted a lot of what you had done to make your set-up work but Austin is working with the hydraulic throwout bearing type, no external slave. I know I spent several hours the other day looking a different external slave and none of them mentioned what the stroke was. I asked a couple of time on the different site we both visit what was the real stroke of the "Z" slave cylinder and never got an answer. Same with what it really takes to move/operated the clutch right. I'm thinking it's about 1 1/4-1 3/8" for full travel of the clutch lever (with the pre-load). I've got a slave here with a 5/8" bore but 1 3/4" stroke.

Thanks Teddyzee, I ordered the master from Napa today. From the pictures it looks like it will fit perfect.

Does anyone know how to upload pictures, last time I did it I could only upload something less than 250kb it said. I had to compress all my pictures. I see everyone else posting large pictures on here. I don't use forums too much, probably a dumb question.

Austin, I assume you are using something like Photobucket. Most of the pictures posted here are about 600 picles, I usually use MS picture viewer to adjust size, crop and compress them.
