i have operated the big cat dozers. they are easy, you could teach a 5 year old to run one in two minuite's. he could not work the ground but could put it right where he wants too. you won't belive how easy it is....the old trucker

Not really a hybrid though because the diesel motor never powers the wheels. Still interesting.
