left side runs rich all the time

i put a air/fuel meter on to see what was going on. well the left side runs rich all the time. the right side run rich at start when levels out like it should. with gas at 4.50 up here 11mph just doesnt work. so any suggestions on where to start looking. the injectors were re done before i put the motor in.
