fuel pump wiring

I just want to double check I have this right. I lost the piece of paper I wrote it down when I installed the sending unit and forgot which wire was the ground for the pump and which is power. The wire plug I used is off a 86 B2. I have orange and orange with a black strip. I have it as orange wire is the power and the other is the ground. Is this right?
