...or anybody else that has used the 98 and up cast explorer exhaust manifolds. I changed the oil pan and pick-up to the mustang dual sump type and I got the mustang dipstick to go with it. The problem is that the dipstick is bent to fit around the mustang exhaust not the explorer exhaust. The mounting tab is not even close to being in the right place either.
Has anybody else come across this problem and found a good way to fix the dipstick to fit?
