fuel pump inertial wiring

does anyone know if this is the right wire to hook to my inertial. matt harwoods says it should be dg/y and my ranger is but the wire coming out of pin 19 on my computer is pink and black. i have a a9l computer

its gotta come from the switched side of the relay to the inertia switch and pin 19 at the pcm. after the inertia switch it goes to the fuel pump. as long as its pin 19 at the pcm after the relay it doesnt matter what color the wire is as long as you can fix it if its broken later. make a note on your diagram.

thanks. this has been real interesting using a junk yard harness i didnt pull. what about the neutral safty switch? as long as i have it hooked to pin 30 and 46 it should work.

right from the start circuit on the ignition switch to the pcm and neutral saftey switch, from the neutral saftey switch to the starter relay. if you run an automatic, you dont need to go to pin 46.
