yeah, it'll be over the center a/c vents or mounted the the roof at the a-pillar. one of those 5" jobs with an led shift light. i'm 5'5" so if i cant see with it on the center of the dash, it'll go up. may depend on the seats too.

Thanks CJ I think I may go that way since I got all the gauges except the fuel and speedo gauge, now as for the "dummy" lights how did you get them to go in the bracket?

I used two sheets of aluminum. on the bottom there are leds mounted then on the back side of the top sheet the cutouts from the old gauges. there are small spacers epoxyed between the layers to keep the light from bleeding around the cutouts. the leds are wired in as the bulbs were originally, just had to add some resistors (thanks again to all that got me through that mess) to keep the leds off when they were not supposed to be on. that was only a problem on the ground side switched leds. the gauges go through both sheets. the sheets are bolted to the skeleton of the original cluster, and the original cluster mask is mounted on the outside to clean it up. there is no plastic lens on the outside, i didnt like the tripmeter reset hole in the middle. I did make two connectors to make it removeable and not just a bunch of spades since alot of the wires are the same color. I dont know if that makes any sense, I can pull it out and take some pics but it may not be until next weekend.

If I could get some pics I think that would be great but I am not in no rush so take your time, especialy since were suspose to get almost 30 cm of snow by tonight! I would appreciate it though if I could get some pics, I think I understand what you mean for the lights put the plastic picture thing between the two plates so it can be seen through the the hole
