Chris, your right on that motor plant. It was also listed as sold before.
Mustangs and Rangers were built here:

The normal motors we think of Windsors came from here, I think there was also a Ford motor with the Essex name

I bet the new motor will take the name "Cotote". That name dates back to Ford's racing days at Indy with Gurney and Weslake.
