New V8-Ranger.com Store - Christmas stocking stuffers!!

Post by MalcolmV8 »

Hey Guys,

Here's a great way to support the site. Rather than take donations I setup a store where you actually get something. They have t-shirts, mugs, hats, stickers, magnets, pins, calendars and all sorts of things. All v8-ranger of course.
I spent many hours just getting it to where it is and will continue to work on additional content. Hopefully this is something you guys enjoy.

This way you can help support the site to keep it going and have something to show for it.

Hope you guys enjoy.

LOL that would be helpful now wouldn't it :) Man as silly as it was to forget the most important part, I had a good laugh.

Not yet. I'm still working on that one. I have to make all the background and surroundings transparent instead of white so you don't get a big white block around the picture.

Thanks
Malcolm - still working on it.

Not that I don't like the Red Truck, but something a little more generic might be more appropriate or at least more picture options.
One thing I'd like to see is a decal to stick to my truck...something kind of like this that I threw together:
--pic removed--
Forgive the crudity of the image. The figure 8 looks a little odd, but that's the best I could come up with quickly.

Malcom. . . . . . this is an awsome idea!!!!!
I like the idea of the truck I also like cgrey's idea maybe you could also do a pic of your motor in the truck as well. I would definately get some of these items. and a black shirt would be awsome as well (especialy since I get white shirts dirty or stained the first time I wear it). >8)

The previews don't work as well for color but there are black shirts now available. Once you select the shirt it lets you choose a few other colors. Black and grey seem to be the best.

What's the chance you can get a shirt or better yet a mug with just that V8-RaNGER.COM logo (or similar) on it? I'd love to have that big coffee mug for work in black with a V8 Ranger logo on it.

Still working on more logos, here's something I got together tonight. I need to start a page with a collection of everything so we don't have a bunch of scattered links all over to follow.

The logo is certainly more colorful than I came up with and the reflection is neat too. But the font itself is kind of generic and boring.

One of the things I liked about my logo is the familiar RaNGER emblem design. But I do have to admit that putting what I came up with together wasn't exactly easy. It'd take me, with my tools, considerably longer to add color to it and make it more interesting.
