do you have 12v at the red wires at the injectors? check the red wire to ground with the key on and the test light to ground, not accross the connector. if you have power check the driver circuits back to the pcm. if you dont have power check again at another red wire (evr, cp solenoid, tab or tad)....

they are not hard to replace. make sure you have the right one. should be a couple bolts holding it in. open the glove box and look up. any wiring repairs should be soldered and shrinkwraped. dont check the resistance of the air bag, you can damage it or set it off.

I got an EGR eliminator bracket from Trick Flow. Its about 3/8" aluminum with a 75 mm opening. It has holes drilled and taped for the cable bracket. Comes with studs and 12pt nuts. My throttle and tv cable and the bracket came from Lokar. I did just like Malcolm and welded a small steel loop on...

I've seen dpfe voltage stuck at more than 4.75v cause a buck/surge at steady cruise. not at parking lot speeds but 30-45. the pcm sees load and commands egr flow but doesnt get the feedback fromthe dpfe and it starts varying evr hence the surge. It never feels like more than a light misfire, but onc...

they get swapped rather often. the fit isnt as loose or tight as you would think. you get someone that goes to an outside shop, has work done and still has a problem. then the aftermarket shop has the ability to tap out and say take it to the dealer, we cant fix it. most previously repaired egr prob...
