If it means anything to you, a buddy of mine has big block cheby with a bds 871 blower and dual 750 carbs.
His fuel system is a single holley blue pump, 1/2" line, and one regulator feeding the carbs.
He has no problem with fuel starvation or anything of that nature.

Re: WIRING
I'm pretty sure those are the interior/dome light and the light on the back of the cab... if your talking about what I'm thinking that is. The brake/fuel pump/all that stuff wiring is underneath the truck on the frame rail I think.

Re: New Parts (FINALLY INSTALLED)
He could just have a set of posts somewheres else. Be it the back of the bed, or behind the original gas door.
That way, never even have to look at the battery.

Re: I've gone Turbo!!!
Typically it's not so much the engine block, but how well everything is tuned that does or does not wreck an engine. What I mean by that is mainly how everything is balanced and whatnot. Obviously forced induction is alot more harsh than a naturally aspirated counterpart.

Re: Transmission Crossmember
Just as a heads up, the holes on the transmission mount for my 94 2wd line right up with my 79(ish) c4.
I dont know if a transmission mount from something else would be a different height or not.

Re: New Parts (FINALLY INSTALLED)
I picked up my 16 gal fuel cell for $100. Thats w/ the sending unit and a autometer fuel level gauge.
One of those things somebody bought and decided they didnt need it. I've saved alot of money that way.

Re: New Parts (FINALLY INSTALLED)
I dont know yet. Theres this guy that my dad is really good friends with. He has a hydraulics shop, and I worked for him a few years ago. I've gone to him for a couple odds and ends fittings and he's always just told me to take them. I'm not sure if he does braided line though. While I was working t...

Re: New Parts (FINALLY INSTALLED)
Yeah that makes sense.
Wouldnt be a problem w/ any low pressure stuff.
Any lines or fittings I need I can get them for free, it works out pretty good. Only bad part is I have to buy all the anodized fittings if I want something to look good.

Re: New Parts (FINALLY INSTALLED)
How do you put the ends on the line? I bought a piece of 2' line w/ male #6's on both ends from Jegs for like $24 or so. I use it to go from the feed line on my carb to the regulator. I've got a good buddy that has a hydraulics shop, and I worked there quite abit when I was in high school. I never s...

Re: New Parts (FINALLY INSTALLED)
Looks good.
Your running braided line from the pump to the motor? Thats gotta be a couple dollars to do that....
Why not just use aluminum or steel hardline.... nobody will see it.

Re: Super charger and carb question
My girl had a 90 Jeep cherokee. I would imagine it to be the same as a 91, but just as a heads up, there is no filler neck. I guess you would have to use one of the inline ones.

Re: How to assemble a shortblock
Install one of the heads and then put the rings in from the bottom.
Theres your torque plate.
Thats just a guess if that works by the way...
