use the lb/ye and gy/rd for neutral safety, the lg and t/lb can be jumped or left alone. they go to the speed control.

pin 46 gy/rd ckt 359 grounds through the pcm. it is the ground circuit for most engine sensors or switches.

not so much centered, I was talking about transfering the ring and pinion into the ranger housing. if the ranger 8.8 has a 3.55 and the mustang has a 3.73 you could change the ring and pinion, the housings stay in the car. If you are talking about replacing your ranger 7.5 with a complete mustang 8....

yes. you may have to swap the ring to your ranger carrier if you want to keep the abs tone ring. make sure the ring and pinion stay together, they are a matched set. youll need a new crush collar and may or may not need carrier shims.

93 or 94 switched to the million mile odometer. 999,999.9 then it rolls to 0 again. I really think it was 94.

i had to replace mine on the 94 at 57k. the new one started at 0 again. it has 197K on the odometer now, add them together its 254k.

The man can build an awesome set of headers. Let me know how they fit in your truck. We went through about 7 sets modifying them to fit a ranger. I made some notes and suggestions, sent back the headers and he made them work.

are your lines leaking or is the filter adapter leaking? I sent L&L an email looking to see if I could buy a replacement o-ring 2 weeks ago and havent heard anything yet.

87- check lb/og from the relay to the pcm pin 22. it also has to go to the self test connector. make sure you have 12 v at the red wire at the relay. check the primary side of the relay- should be 40-85 ohms. get back with what you find and I can get you to the next steps.

51- measure resistance across the ect sensor- at 50 deg f you should see 58.75k ohms at 86 deg f you should see 24.27k ohms. as temp goes up resistance goes down. check your wiring to the pcm lg/rd (lg/ye) pin 7 and bk/wh (gy/rd). check your tp wiring too i should have said before.

23- measure og/wh and bk/wh (might be br/wh and gy/rd) at the tp- should be 5v koeo. measure dg/lg and bk/wh (gy/wh and gy/rd) at idle should be .8-.9v. same wires slowly open the throttle- should go to 4.8v. your og/wh (br/wh) is power. bk/wh (gy/rd) is ground. dg/lg (gy/wh) is signal. pins 26,46,4...

check the rear seal on the intake manifold. they can push out and dump oil down the top of the trans.
