To activate MFA mode and run lean in open loop would you need to open EGR to cool the cylinder and prevent detonation? Therefore if you have no EGR system you wouldn't be able to take advantage of the increased economy?

In my experience, you will not get any decent bass out of 6.5s. You should have 6x8 in the back above your jump seats, if you have an ex cab, those will give you a little more bass. I had to drill some new holes but I also placed my engine as far back as I could. It is so far back that I was able to use the stock trans crossmember in the stock location. I don't have any pictures because at the time my camera was broke.
