Re: Alignment for lowered trucks
Yes, you are correct. It's made by GodfatherCustoms.com . They make one with 6" fog holes, too. It pops right over the stock Ranger bumper. Sort of keeps my "Ford" theme going...

Re: Alignment for lowered trucks
Mine is a '97, so there's a little more room. Previous tires were 245/40/18. (my setup has DJM beams, one coil cut from the stock spring, which dropped it 2" more) With the 4.0, it would only bottom on large highway dips. So, very, very, rarely. I haven't driven it with the 5.0 yet. I'm just fi...

Re: Alignment for lowered trucks
Yes, those bushings are for '89-'97 I beams. Not sure if there are adjustible ones available for the early trucks. As an aside, the later ibeams/spindles/brakes are a direct swap to the early trucks. Re: rear disk brake questions
The Ex disc won't work on the Ranger. the Ex has 31 spline axles and larger bearings in the ends. The key for cheap discs is get a set off an sn95 Mustang ('94 to '04), V6 or GT are the same (whether it's 7.5 or 8.8 ). The Cobra setup will also work, but has a taller bracket to fit the larger diamet...

Re: My hydraulic conversion underway
This looks like a great solution, amid so many possibilities. Anyway, thought I'd note for anyone else interested, this slave is for an '83/'84 V6. Don't know if that was stated anywhere. The 2.0/2.3 slave has no mounting points (bolt holes), and the diesel has the bolt holes running perpendicular t...
