Ok, another stupid question. I am not a transmission man nor a rear end man. How do you tell if its an 8.8? Is there some thing that at a glance you can tell its an 8.8 and not a 7.5?

Maybe im just old school, but I dont run anything thinner than 10w30 in the winter and 10w40 in the summer, but thats just me. I have never had a problem with the stock pump and mounting. But mine is a 1990 5.0. I dont know if your is differant.

I like what you did with the gages. But, the tach and speedo are backwards The speedo goes on the right side

The " blow through " carbs are starting out at around $600 and have seen them up to $1,000. So for me to save $3,000 for the setup might take me a while.
