Carb Cleaning with ultrasonci cleaner

I know for the auto's it is not as big of a deal with dirty carbs as it is for the motorcycles but I thought I would share. I purchased a ultrasonic cleaner to clean small parts. I use it on pistons, carbs, injectors, etc. Works well. Here is a video that I did about cleaning carbs on one of my bike...

Re: Long Time. Just checking in. New Projects

I am going to skin it in pine and it will be for long road trips. Mostly camping gear (tent, sleeping bag, air mattress, ice chest, clothes, etc). My first ride was to use an actual casket. I placed a wanted add on craigslist and I have a couple of bites. One was used :) It was a rental for people t...

Built 2 old Honda Choppers and just bought a 06 Honda VTX 1300. This summer I am also planning to build a 3rd old chopper. I am also in the market for ...

I'm still here

Been a while since I checked in. So here I am. Hopefully I will get some time this year to get the ranger out and ride.

Hope all is well.

I like the look of the new site.

Re: ROLL CALL, who is still active here?

I'm still alive. Just checking whats new. Still distracted with the choppers. Just got the second one on the road. I will be picking up my frame for chopper # 3 next week.

After that one I am hopeful to return to the ranger. Choppers are just a lot more fun these days.

I do that all the time for tacking something in place. Never had a problem. Thats pretty common in alot of welding shops.

Re: Using Propane as a AC refrigerant

No family to worry about. Just the dog. I dont smoke and dont allow people to smoke in the cars. All the decent reasons are going right out the window. My opinion is that people have propane in their homes all the time. Nobody seems to fuss about that. The smell is very stong so you would smell it i...
